Refund and Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with KuWang. We want you and your pet to enjoy our products with confidence. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Returns and Exchanges
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for non-defective pet apparel, accessories, or other pet-related products once they have been worn, used, washed, altered, damaged, or removed from their original packaging.
Because our products may come into direct contact with a pet’s skin and fur, this policy helps ensure that every customer receives items that are clean, unused, and suitable for safe use.
This does not affect your statutory rights. If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from the product description, please contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 7 days of delivery, so that we can review the issue promptly.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially misdescribed item, please contact us at kuwangpet@outlook.com and include:
- Your order number
- A clear description of the issue
- Photos or videos showing the product, packaging, and any damage or defect
After reviewing your request, we may offer a replacement, store credit, refund, or another appropriate solution depending on the situation and applicable consumer protection laws.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Unless required by applicable law, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Items that have been worn, used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
- Items with pet hair, odors, stains, or signs of use
- Items without original packaging, labels, or tags
- Items returned without prior approval
- Items purchased in the wrong size, color, or style due to customer selection
- Final sale, promotional, or clearance items, unless defective or required by law
4. Sizing Responsibility
Please check the product size guide carefully before placing your order. Pet sizes may vary by breed, weight, body shape, fur length, and comfort preference. Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size based on the measurements provided on the product page.
For the best fit, please measure your pet’s chest, body length, and neck before purchasing. If your pet’s measurements fall between two sizes, we generally recommend choosing the larger size for a more comfortable fit.
Some KuWang pieces may be handcrafted or manually finished. A slight measurement variation of approximately ±2–3 cm may occur and is not considered a defect.

5. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider or bank.
Original shipping fees, taxes, duties, and other charges may not be refundable unless required by applicable law or unless the issue was caused by our error.
6. Return Shipping
If a return is approved due to our error, such as a defective, damaged, incorrect, or materially misdescribed item, we will provide return instructions.
For other approved return cases, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or refunded.
