Shipping Policy

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after purchase confirmation and payment verification, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Some of our products may be made to order or require additional preparation, quality inspection, and careful packaging before dispatch.
Processing times may be longer during holidays, promotional periods, product launches, or periods of high order volume.
2. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to 69 countries and regions. Available shipping destinations and shipping fees will be shown at checkout.
If we are unable to ship to your address, we may contact you for an alternative address or cancel and refund your order.
3. Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on orders over $50, unless otherwise stated on our website or at checkout.
Free shipping eligibility is calculated based on the order amount and shipping destination. Any available shipping options, fees, or promotional shipping offers will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
4. Estimated Delivery Times
After your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times may vary depending on your destination, shipping method, customs processing, and local delivery conditions.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch are generally:
- Asia: 3–7 business days
- North America and Europe: 7–14 business days
- Rest of the world: 10–20 business days
These delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs inspections, weather, public holidays, carrier issues, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances beyond our control.
5. Tracking Information
Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Please allow some time for tracking information to update after the package has been handed over to the carrier.
6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, carrier handling fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country, region, carrier, or customs authority.
Unless otherwise stated at checkout, customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, import fees, brokerage fees, or carrier handling fees.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.
7. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.
We are not responsible for lost, delayed, returned, or undeliverable packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failure to collect, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
8. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If your package is significantly delayed, lost, damaged, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us at kuwangpet@outlook.com with your order number and tracking information.
We will assist you in contacting the carrier or reviewing the issue. However, we are not responsible for delays or delivery failures caused by the carrier, customs, incorrect addresses, or circumstances beyond our control.
9. Split Shipments
Some orders may be shipped in separate packages depending on product availability, warehouse location, or logistics arrangements. You may receive more than one tracking number for the same order.
