Some KuWang pieces may be handcrafted or manually finished. A slight measurement variation of approximately ±2–3 cm may occur and is not considered a defect.

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirmation does not guarantee acceptance of your order.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for reasons including but not limited to:
- Product unavailability
- Pricing or product information errors
- Suspected fraud or unauthorized activity
- Shipping restrictions
- Violation of these Terms
If your order is canceled after payment, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.
4. Pricing and Payment
Prices are displayed on our website and may change without notice.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and shipping information. Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers. We do not store full credit card information on our servers.
5. Shipping and Delivery
We currently ship to 69 countries and regions. Available shipping destinations, delivery options, and shipping fees will be shown at checkout.
We offer free shipping on orders over $50, unless otherwise stated on our website or at checkout. Free shipping eligibility may depend on the order amount, shipping destination, and promotion rules displayed at checkout.
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after purchase confirmation and payment verification, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Some products may be made to order or require additional preparation, inspection, and packaging before dispatch.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch are generally:
- Asia: 3–7 business days
- North America and Europe: 7–14 business days
- Rest of the world: 10–20 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by customs, carrier delays, weather, public holidays, incorrect shipping information, or other factors beyond our control.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for non-defective pet apparel or accessories that have been worn, used, washed, altered, damaged, or removed from original packaging.
Because our products may come into direct contact with a pet’s skin and fur, this policy helps ensure that every customer receives items that are clean, unused, and suitable for safe use.
This does not affect your statutory rights. If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from the product description, please contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 7 days of delivery.
8. Pet Safety and Product Use
Our products are intended for pet fashion, comfort, and styling purposes only. Pets should be supervised while wearing any garment or accessory.
Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size and ensuring that the product is suitable and safe for their pet.
Discontinue use immediately if your pet shows signs of discomfort, irritation, distress, restricted movement, or any other adverse reaction.
